  2. Add 60–80 ml of hot water (80°C / 175°F) – not boiling

  3. Whisk briskly in a “W” motion with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until frothy

  4. Sip & Reset – Best enjoyed plain, as part of your morning or mindful ritual

  1. Sift 1 tsp of Yura Teas Matcha Ceremonial into a shaker or glass
