Rohini Tea Garden, which lies in the foothills of Darjeeling, produces stunning white tea harvested in early spring with hand-picked tender tea leaves and tea buds that give a delicate and fresh flavor. 

Once brewed, this first flush whole-leaf Rohini white tea produces a mellow and subtle flavored pale golden cup of tea with a sweet floral aroma. Since white teas are the least processed teas, they contain more health-beneficial antioxidants than other tea variants. Rohini White Tea is perfect for indulging in a light and healthy beverage.

Hot Rohini Spring White Tea

Classic Brew (Water Only – No Milk):

  1. Scoop 1–1.5 teaspoons of Yura Teas Rohini Spring White per cup

  2. Heat Water to 75–80°C (not boiling!)

  3. Steep for 3–4 minutes

  4. Strain & Sip – Enjoy plain, no milk needed. Optional: add a touch of honey

Tip: You can re-steep these delicate leaves 1–2 times for a lighter second cup


❄️ Iced Rohini Spring White (Light & Refreshing)

Cold Brew Method (Overnight Steep):

  1. Add 1.5 teaspoons of Yura Teas Rohini Spring White per cup to cold water

  2. Refrigerate for 6–8 hours

  3. Strain & Serve over ice

  4. Optional: Add a slice of peach, lemon, or cucumber for a refreshing twist

Quick Chill Method:

  1. Steep Hot – Brew as per hot instructions above

  2. Cool & Strain

  3. Pour over Ice – Ideal for a clean, crisp white tea experience
