  2. Heat water to 80–85°C (175–185°F) – avoid boiling

  3. Steep for 2–3 minutes

  4. Strain & Sip – inhale the herbal aroma and sip slowly

Optional: Add honey or a squeeze of lemon for extra soothing qualities
